FAQ

Each of your distributors will need to create a report containing recent deliveries (known as "depletion reports") which would be provided to us in order to perform the database update. Your distributor(s) should be able to generate this report for you.
We currently support CSV (.csv) and Microsoft Excel (.xls and .xlsx) formats. If another format is needed, we can most likely accommodate it.

The easiest procedure is to have your distributor send us the files directly.

Below are the current methods we are able to accept delivery reports:

  • Email
  • FTP
  • Login Credentials (to reporting tools such as Encompass Technologies)
We can support any number of beers. We do suggest only putting year-round and seasonal beers on the beer map while using "Other" for limited/special brews.

We currently generate the following reports:

  • Venues Added
  • Venues Updated
  • Venues Not Updated
  • Venues Disabled This Run
  • Venues Disabled (All)
